It is yellow to orange yellow semi-fluid liquid, soluble in water. It is non-ionic surfactant which can be mixed with cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants; excellent level and dispersing property. Can be used as o/w type emulsifier and penetrating agent, soluble in water with various hardness.

It can be used in the synthesis of fiber; as diffusant and level agent in the dyeing of textiles; as demulsifier in petroleum industry; as emulsifier in medical rubbers; as concrete dispersant in construction.
