Product Description

CRS is refined from the surface active agents and paraffin after special technology. The product not only has good properties of lubricity and inhibition, but also is non-toxic and low fluorescent. It can protect oil and gas reservoirs. CRS can be directly added into all kinds of water-based drilling & completion fluids.

Application/Function

With a good lubricant property, it can effectively reduce adhesion coefficient. CRS is especially suitable for horizontal wells, directional wells and highly-deviated wells, etc. It has low dosage.

CRS has a good inhibitory property, which can effectively inhibit the hydration or dispersion of drilling cuttings and control mud to be yielded.

With high temperature resistance, it can be applied to the deep and super deep wells.

Recommended Treatment

Add CRS in concentrations of 20.0 to 30.0 liters per 1000 liters to drilling fluids. Mix directly into drilling chemicals.

Safe Handling Recommendations

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Use of standard PPE is recommended for employee comfort and safety. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to use.

Package and Storage

25kg drums or according to customer’s requirement.

Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
