Product Description

OBM EMP is a kind of zwitterionic surfactant, used as primary emulsifier in oil based muds. OBM EMP not only possesses the good surface activity and decrease the surface tension of water, but has the good emulsified property.

Application/Function

OBM EMP is used in oil-mixed drilling fluid, oil base drilling fluid and W/O invert emulsion drilling fluid.

Recommended Treatment

Add OMB EMP in concentration of (1 liter to 3 liter) per 100 liter to any system.

Safe Handling Recommendations

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Use of standard PPE is recommended for employee comfort and safety. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to use.

Package and Storage

25kg or 200kg plastic drums or according to customer’s requirement.

Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
