Product Description
FIL-D is a new generation HIGHLY DISPERSIVE polymer used for improving filtration control in most water based drilling fluid systems without appreciably increasing viscosity. FIL-D will not fisheye and has been designed to disperse rapidly into any make up water even under the poorest conditions. The mixing efficiencies of FIL-D reduces wastage and promotes lower mud costs and total hole costs.

Recommended Treatment
Add FIL-D in concentrations of 1-2 lb/bbl (2-5 kg/m³) to any active system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.

Safe Handling Recommendations
Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Use of standard PPE is recommended for employee comfort and safety. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to use.
Package and Storage
25kg bags (topical triple bag and inner with polyethylene film bag) or according to customer’s requirement.
Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
